Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors.
All reservations over Christmas and New Year’s Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 20th to 27th or December 27th to January 3rd (+/-1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.

At a glance:
The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.
The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests (up to 4 adults over the age of 13). After the 4th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.
Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.
Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.
