Is booking directly cheaper than Airbnb or Vrbo?

Yes. Booking directly through Latitude Key Vacations guarantees our best available rate and avoids many of the additional service fees charged by third-party booking platforms.

What is the minimum stay requirement?

Minimum stay requirements vary by property, season, and local regulations. The required minimum stay is displayed on each property’s booking calendar.

How far in advance should I book?

Many of our luxury homes are reserved months in advance, especially during holidays and peak travel seasons. We recommend booking up to 12 months ahead for the best selection.

Can I reserve a property without making a payment?

No. Reservations are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been received.

Do you offer last-minute specials?

How are rental rates determined?

Can I change my reservation after booking?

Yes. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your vacation investment against unexpected events. Latitude Key Vacations also offers optional third-party travel insurance during booking.

Check-In & Your Stay

What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in begins between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on the property.

Check-out is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

How do I check into the property?

Before your arrival, you’ll receive detailed check-in instructions, including your property’s address, access codes, parking information, and keyless entry instructions.

Are your vacation rentals pet-friendly?

Yes. Most Latitude Key Vacations properties welcome up to two dogs weighing 30 pounds or less. Pet fees apply.

Please verify pet eligibility before booking, as restrictions may vary by property.

Do all properties have heated pools?

Yes. Every Latitude Key Vacations home features a private pool that is heated to approximately 88°F year-round unless otherwise noted.
