Latitude Key is a “full service” management solution. Not only do we manage all pre- and post – stay communication with guests, booking confirmations, payment processing, check-ins, check-outs, housekeeping, sales tax reporting, licensing and guest requests, but also maintain the property to our high standard – and for an industry low management fee of just 25% plus costs (no markups). Our guest response times are praised by our industry partners and have earned us signature badges such as Premier Partner (VRBO) and Superhost (AirBnB). We have officially brought “Midwest Southern Hospitality” to South Florida. Upselling is friendly conversation. Returning guests are good friends.

Pricing algorithms based on clicks and bookings that update every 24 hours make sure every penny of profit is captured. Listings are pushed to all major channels including Expedia/ HomeAway/ Vrbo, Booking.com, and Airbnb, with more added every week.
Every listing begins with inventory documentation and safety certification. All properties are outfitted with our remote locks that tie in directly with our reservation system and can be controlled instantly from anywhere in the world. Eaach guest must pass a 3rd party safety screening. Each reservation is covered by $10,000 in damage insurance ( see Saafely atachment – We’ve got your back!). Each property is required to have a NoiseAware system installed which allows us to prevent parties and noise complaints without interfering with privacy. We are able to offer remote water and electricity shuts off systems if desired (additional costs).
